We offer the following

Leadership Programs

  • Typically 4 months

  • Maximum 16 participants

  • Face-to-face interactive workshops to inspire, engage, and provide a safe space to “play” and practice

  • Self-learning tools to retain theories and models from the workshops

  • Bi-monthly individual coaching sessions to anchor and sustain new habits and mindsets

  • Upon request: Psychometrics or 360 assessments at the start of the program

Skills Masterclass

  • Maximum 12 participants

  • 3-4 hour interactive sessions on the topics of your choice

  • Can be done virtually or face-to face

  • Can be paired with a 2-hour intensive 1:1 coaching session for each participant to define concrete goals and strategies, and anchor new behaviors

  • Leading through transition and change (Adaptability, Resilience)

  • Effective communication: leading with clarity and intention

  • Creating an “always-on” feedback culture for growth and team engagement

  • Flexible leadership: adjusting your leadership style to your individual team members
