Hi, I’m Mildred — this is my story

As a leadership coach, I work with high achievers who want to intentionally lead with courage, conquer their limiting beliefs, and communicate with unshakeable confidence.

Prior to launching my coaching practice, I was responsible for leading and developing global training managers and sales executives, both remotely and in-person. I facilitated workshops that focused on essential “human skills” such as communication, handling conflict, change management, and adaptability.

I saw the immense value that a coaching approach can bring to leadership and decided to further develop my own coaching skills by attending the Coaches Training Institute. It was during this transformational experience that I discovered my purpose: to hold a nurturing space for people so they can embrace their authentic selves, honor their values, and find the courage and tools to live the life that they want and deserve.

I started my professional journey over 20 years ago in the heart of Boston’s advertising industry. From there, my career took me on a whirlwind tour of New York's fast-paced business scene and eventually landed me in the picturesque city of Zurich. Here, I had the opportunity to shift my career path from client/product management to learning & development – what I discovered to be my true calling.

Having lived in three continents and worked in global roles throughout my career, I have a unique lens in how I see the world and how I communicate with different cultures. I am always curious, eager to listen, learn, and understand.
